Well, I just logged on to report that… there is nothing to report. LOL No Gracie yet. (sigh). But we do go to the doctor today so maybe we’ll find out if we’ve made any progress. (fingers crossed) The good news is my due date is a week from tomorrow so we know it won’t be too much longer even at the worst. I’ve decided to go ahead and start my maternity leave on Monday. Mostly because I’m more than just a little terrified of going into labor at school… And it wouldn’t happen during a class where I have lots of understanding and responsible, well-behaved students… Murphy’s Law would ensure that… Speaking of students, my choir kids came by my room during my conference on Friday and gave me a surprise baby shower. They had juice and cookies and had all gone in together on a package of diapers. Isn’t that sweet?! I will be sure to tell Toby (or somebody who has computer access) to come here and post when she’s born, which I hope will be today. Today is a good day to have a baby.

That was sweet of the kids, for sure. I'm posting this on March 8th, and wondering if Grace is here, yet. I guess we'll know when we know. ;)

I got the announcement yesterday. Grace Elisabeth was born on March 10th, and is already most adorable.
